What If I Don’t Know The Trophy Winner Names Until Just Before The Event? 
This is something that worries many but you no longer need to lose sleep over it as we offer quick turnaround times, once your artwork has been approved. After we create your bespoke trophy design and 3D engrave your awards, we will be able to add the personalised names after, just in time for your event. All of our glass trophies and awards are delivered in a satin-lined presentation box, that can also be personalised with your design and company name. In case the winners at your ceremony are announced on the day, the trophies can be returned back to us to have the winners’ names added. Here at Laser Crystal, we deliver when it most matters to you.
How Should I Supply The Winners’ Names?
There are lots of formats that we can accept. From a Vector EPS file, an Excel spreadsheet, word document to a typed list on the email – anyway you have the data is absolutely fine.
If you have an in-house graphics team and you already have a design in mind for your awards and trophies, please send us your logo and artwork in Vector EPS file.
Will I Receive a Proof For Approval of my Personalised awards?
Here at Laser Crystal, it’s our policy to always supply a design proof for your approval before we produce any awards. This will include a full list of all the winners’ names and categories so you can check the spelling and layout for your trophies. If you’re looking for retirement or long service awards, we can always include start dates or anniversary dates into each personalised trophy. Once you are happy and sign off your personalised trophies, production takes around 3 to 5 working days. Always let our production team know your event dates so we can plan these into our schedule.
What Are The Decoration Techniques Available For Personalised Glass Trophies?
From 2D and 3D engraving, to frosting and vibrant colour-print graphics, you will be spoilt for choice with our wide range of glass trophies and awards. The 3D laser engraving adds a real wow factor to your awards. Nothing is out of reach with our 3D laser capabilities and experienced team. From buildings, to yachts and racing cars, we can engrave your design in the most intricate 3D detail.
You can combine your 2D or 3D glass engraving with vibrant colour-print graphics. We can also create texturing and embossing effects, which results in beautiful designs. Whether you choose to have your company logo printed in colour or opt to add graphics to one of the sides of your awards, we will ensure your design reflects your event. We can also offer opaque frosting that creates a cloudy look and an altogether different effect on your glass trophies.
What Happens If I Get a Last-Minute Extra Winner or I Miss a Recipient Off The Award List?
We will always try and help because we understand that award ceremonies are always evolving. We strive to make your event a success and if you have missed an award, we will work hard to ensure we provide you with the needed trophy as soon as possible. For example, nee of our blue-chip clients had missed off an award winner for a high-profile event happening that evening so have we put one of our staff on a plane to Scotland to deliver an extra award.
If you’re worried that a few extra award winners might be sprung on you for your event just let us know. We can always create some extra awards without winner names or categories that can then be returned to us to have this information added.
Can I Personalise The Gift Box?
Your high-quality satin lined presentation gift box can be personalised with your company logo or unique message. This can be either a full-colour digital print or a foil block on the box lid. Don’t forget about the wraparound sleeve which can also be branded.
