All prices quoted are excluding vat in pounds sterling.
Vat will be charged at the current UK rates.
Each crystal piece is handmade and as such can vary in size by +/-3mm.
We allow a tolerance for your engraving positioning of +/-2mm either side of the central point of the engraving.
All of our boxes and are also handmade, as the textured paper used to cover the boxes and the satin inside the boxes are purchased in batches there may be a slight colour variance or box size variance.
Our handmade wooden bases are a natural material; there may be colour variance and size variance of up to 3mm from base to base.
We normally use a next day courier service which is charged at an additional cost based on the weight and size of your delivery.
For larger orders we use a pallet delivery service.
However whilst every effort is made to meet your delivery deadlines this cannot be guaranteed if the courier is delayed or there are unforeseen circumstances that impact your delivery we accept no responsibility for consequential losses.
Any shortages or damage should be notified in writing within 3 working days of delivery of your order.
Digital UV print – whilst every effort is made to match logo colours as closely as possible our UV print process does not use pantone colours so we select the closest colour match.
We make every effort to meet order specifications such as position and finish of engraving however on occasion this may vary from product to product and is at our discretion.
All our crystal awards and gifts are supplied in a high quality gift box. However we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by a courier service during delivery.
For first time orders from registered companies we will require payment in full prior to production. However, for any further orders a 30 day credit account can be requested (subject to a credit check). Laser Crystal has the right to apply an interest charge of 2% per month for any payments not received within 30 days.
We also reserve the right not to fulfil orders if an account is outside our credit terms.
For individuals not supplying a company address and registered company number we require payment in full prior to commencement of work. We will commence work only when BACS payment has been received or postal order or Cheque is cleared.
For bespoke shapes of crystal items from clients with credit accounts we will require 50% of funds cleared prior to the commencement of full production. The final payment of 50% will be due 30 days from the despatch of the completed order.
If for any reason the client decides to cancel an order, after the full production has commenced, then the full payment will still be due 30 days after the agreed date of completion.
We want to work with you to win business and normally we supply samples free of charge or on loan. However, for some bespoke samples we may have to request their return and failure to do so or if they are returned damaged may result in these being invoiced.
Title of goods
The goods remain the property of Laser Crystal Ltd until full payment has been made.
Cancellation / Returns
Any cancellation or changes to an order must be made in writing and are subject to a written agreement from Laser Crystal. We reserve the right to add a cancellation charge.
No returns will be accepted without authorisation from Laser Crystal. Any goods found to be faulty on inspection, will be replaced free of charge.
Any 3d models created by Laser Crystal will remain the property of the company.
Laser Crystal accepts no liability for any loss whatsoever suffered by a buyer due to any breach of contract or negligence by Laser Crystal or its employees.
We guarantee our products against defects caused by faulty workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery. Please feel free to return any item for inspection if you are concerned with any quality issues. We regret we are unable to process returns without prior authorisation.
